Support Groups provide education, referral services, support and assistance to families by professionals in a group setting.
Active Access Support Group: Monthly meetings to unite individuals who use scooters, wheelchairs or crutches for mobility with the community. Includes training / education and recreation. It meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
Caregivers Support Groups: Monthly meetings that provide education, referral services, support and assistance to families and professionals involved with caregiving. It meets the last Wednesday of the month.
Grief Support Groups: Monthly meetings that give support to those experiencing grief from the loss of a loved one. It meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
Low Vision Support Group: Monthly meetings in both Carbon and Emery Counties with peers to learn techniques to adapt to their disability. Skills and experiences are shared.

Active Re-Entry is certified as a MUSIC & MEMORY? provider and is able to provide personalized playlists for individuals living in the community. Our playlist includes over 5,000 songs and we can obtain specific songs as requested. The iPods, headphones and set up are free of charge. In addition, if you have an iPod Shuffle you are no longer using, please consider donating it to help someone

This is a free service that provides daily transportation for individuals needing radiation treatments to Utah Valley, Regence and Timpanogos Hospitals. Monday thru Friday the bus leaves Active Re-Entry at 11:30 a.m. and returns around 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon.

AP&P agents work hand-in-hand with other law-enforcement agencies, the courts, the Utah Board of Pardons and Parole and treatment providers. Hospital based, three to five day acute withdrawal management service, provided at Castleview Hospital, for adults who are in the impending or early stage of withdrawal from alcohol and/or opioids.
Requires voluntary admission to the hospital
Provides round-the-clock medical care by the hospitalist team & nursing staff.
Uses protocol-specific medications to reduce the severity of withdrawal symptoms.
Individuals must be committed to staying in the hospital until they are medically stable, once discharged from the hospital, they must be motivated to continue addiction treatment.
Telephone pre-screening, in-person assessment, admission to Castleview, acute withdrawal management, individualized discharge planning, post discharge follow-up.
Most insurance plans are accepted.

Dahlia’s Hope provides aftercare for survivors of sex trafficking. Our mission is to provide therapeutic services, medical, education, vocational training, transition into the workplace, residential support, and life skills to help these survivors function independently and successfully in society. We provide a multi-tiered approach to reach individuals in varying stages of recovery. Dahlia’s Hope also provides outpatient services.

Provide temporary assistance to individuals and families in unemployed, underemployed or special needs circumstances.
